PERET, PARIS Toilet bag. Paris, after 1838 (Minerve). Various objects gathered in a wooden box of veneer with compartments lined with leather, with the monogram BL. It includes : a pair of bottles, two pairs of boxes, a rectangular box, a soap box, an inkwell, all in glass with cut sides, the silver lid engraved with the same monogram in the center of a cartouche decorated with flowers, rocaille and volutes, an embroidery needle, a spectacle case, a magnifying glass, a mechanical pencil engraved JIF, two hatpins decorated with imitation pearls, a mirror matching the inside of the lid. A silver egg spoon is attached. The box is marked on the brass edge: ''Peret, R. Montmorency St Martin 19 Paris''. Accident to a bottle and a stopper. Lids marked ''PERET A PARIS''. Silver weight (lids) : 220 g.
